The Sinner goes down!

A week ago Sunday on a beautiful afternoon, a root bump in the road took its toll on cycle and rider. Troop's baby suffered moderate damage, and his body is intact. Left side pipe, handlebars, and clutch lever destroyed. Motor mount plates are bent. Troop escaped after a high side dismount with a sprained ankle.

Some minor repairs are in order, and are underway. That old helmet did its job, thanks to Billy and Rachel at Hellmutts in Tacoma.

Pop's and Troop's Annual Birthday Ride Feb 9th, 2013

Tired of waiting for winter to be over? So are we! Every year we get our cranky bones and tired sickles out of deep freeze to celebrate a double birthday with the best wish two crusty sickle brothers could ask for: A blast through the hills with our best friends.

Throwbacks BrewBash, Saturday Sept 15

The indomitable group that brings you Flashback Fridays, the foothill's premier vintage custom monthly get-together takes it up a notch on September 15th. Joining forces with Ol' Republic Brewing, our local alchemists of the hops and barley, with some live music thrown in the mix, Throwbacks want you to see how we do it right.

Flashback Friday August 2012

This week holds August Flashback Friday. Ride out and meet up with the wildest array of bike lovers anywhere. Old codgers and young guns alike all assemble for the eclectic gathering known as Flashback Friday. Hosted by your friendly neighborhood Throwbacks, there are no fees and families are welcome. Last night's Flashback Friday ride in was a big hit. Over 70 righteous scooters, good people, great conversation. Live music by a local rockabilly duo.
